Do you take insurance?

Currently, I operate as a private pay practice, which means I do not directly bill insurance companies. However, I can provide you with a superbill (receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your out-of-network mental health benefits.

What should I expect in my first session?

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and your background. I'll explain my approach and answer any questions you have. This is also a time for you to determine if I'm the right fit for you. There's no pressure—it's all about building a foundation for our work together.

Do you offer evening appointments?

Yes! I understand that many clients have work and family commitments during traditional business hours. I offer flexible scheduling, including some evening appointments. Please reach out to discuss availability that works best for your schedule.

Yes, I currently offer telehealth services exclusively. This allows for greater flexibility and convenience, and you can receive quality therapy from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a private space and a stable internet connection. Virtual therapy has been shown to be just as effective as in-person sessions.
